Vivid dream

There are some pregnant women who get extra vivid dreams, especially during early interval of pregnancy – and even sometimes this sign can continue during 1st trimester. The increasing hormones during early pregnancy are believed the major cause of this type of dream. The theme of this dream is usually dominated by ‘baby’ or ‘pregnancy’ related, but there are also a few cases with unrelated focus of theme.

Changes in the breasts!

After conception, the changes of the breasts begin and it will go very soon! The increasing pregnancy hormone is once again believed for the key & cause of this sign. The increasing activity of hormones will generate more activity of blood flow (increased blood flow) and cause changes in the breast tissue. Therefore, the breasts will be more sensitive, swollen or tender to touch, which also often accompanied by the increased size of the breasts (or change in shape). Even you may also feel itchiness, tingling, throbbing & burning sensation.
More cervical fluid!

During early pregnancy (including 8 days after conception), many women will get the increased cervical fluid or usually also familiar known as ‘vaginal discharge’, which also one of the most common early pregnancy symptoms. The fluid is usually creamy like lotion, white in color, slippery and wet. But if you feel not normal sign of your cervical fluid or if you are comfortable with this symptom, you may need to see your doctor (especially for the diagnosis of yeast infection).

Nausea!

It is one of the most popular symptoms if you are pregnant, which usually occur in the 1st trimester (although there are also a few pregnant women who don’t experience it). Moreover, it may also begin quite early in your pregnancy. It can strike anytime, which usually morning is the heaviest time (worst) because the stomach in the morning is usually empty – therefore the nausea symptom of pregnancy is often referred to morning sickness. And once again the rising levels of hormones (particularly hCG and progesterone) are believed for the major cause. In addition, you may also become more sensitive to smell certain odors (especially like cigarette, cologne, coffee, and so on).
Backache!

The increasing level of progesterone can cause the softening disks & ligaments that eventually will cause backaches (backs and legs) in early pregnancy. These symptoms also can be worse if your body develops & get a urinary tract infection.

Mild or dull cramps in the abdomen!

This sign is also common in early pregnancy even you can feel it as early as the implantation of the fertilized egg in the uterus. Cramps also can be described as feelings of little twinges like pokes, PMS, pulling or piching, or quick sharp pains.

Exhaustion (fatigue)!

The rising hormone of progesterone can make your body easy to get sleepy and fatigue, particularly during the 1st trimester. For the developing fetus, your body will produce more blood in order to give more O2 for fetus, which eventually will make your heart work harder.

Other common signs may include  flatulence, bloating, gas, or burping which can give uncomfortable situations in the abdomen, particularly after you take a large meal. This uncomfortable sensation may be caused by the rising levels of progesterone that can relax smooth muscle tissue throughout the body.
